Have your ever been to a restaurant and wondered, did I really got my money’s worth?At RIESEN®, our food is made by Chef Hernan Correa Riesen, HACCP certified, and winner of multiple culinary contests, including Panamá Gastronómica 2012, and participant in Casa Club’s TV Show, LA CHISPA de la Chef Carmen.

Our products come from the country’s different markets; this way we support local farmers and producers, and always use the freshest, seasonal ingredients out there.

All of our dishes have been priced to make sure that we provide food at reasonable cost, and not the cost we would wish to sell it at, unlike most other restaurants in town.  This way, you can be sure that fair treatment you deserve as a client.We invite you to taste real farmer-inspired and produce-driven Panamanian food.
